RF-DUMP: open source program to read / display RFID tags

This little open source gem allows one to decode and read an RFID tag.

The SLASHDOT article mentions that it *may* be used to HACK an RFID
tag, thus changing the information within it (like the price?)

I can't believe that RFID has gotten this far without having some sort
of security built-in, but given the history of technology (DVD & CD
formats for example) I guess anything is possible.
