How you build news on NowPublic.First, a member logs in and opens an assignment. Once the assignment is opened, it appears on the homepage of all members (provided they are logged in) in the area. Once they have filed a photograph, video or MP3, then the assignment becomes a news story and appears in the developing news section and within the appropriate channels.
